Warranty:  Shred Master Performance guarantees our products are tested to there full potential over many months before released to the public by some of the best racers in the world.   Also that all of our products are of the finest quality and free from manufacturing defects.   Any product that we feel has been manufactured incorrectly or is of defective nature will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.   All Warranties Are Void If Product Is Subject To Abuse, Crash Damage Or Improper Installation.

Returns:  We cannot accept any returned goods without prior approval and a valid return authorization number.   Please call for an RA number before shipping.   There will be a 20% restocking charge on any items returned that were not shipped in error, minus any shipping cost and no returns on product that have been used, any marks or stains on a ride plate and we will not take it back.   All Returns Must Be Returned Freight Prepaid.

Back Orders:  All back orders are held until product is available and shipped without additional notice.   If you do not wish any back orders,  please notify our salesperson at the time of ordering.   Once we ship if returned  without cancellation will have the ordering person or company on a nationwide "HOT LIST" to all PWC dealers and shops under "NON-PAYING CUSTOMER", this will effect your purchasing of PWC parts within the USA and beyond.
